Knuckle pushups on a hard surface.
Confirmed for OP having never done a martial art
Confirmed for anyone who has being able to wreck OP
(basically all TKD schools make you do knuckle pushups and jumping knuckle pushups for bone density)
5 years TKD
8 years american boxing (7-1 amateur record)
4 years bjj
3/3 streetfights won, never been knocked out

These.
Also Google shaolin iron hand training. Basicly punching through buckets of sand until your skin is tough and your bones begin to harden. Then switch to peas/beans for a while. Lastly peas/beans, but add a bb each day.
Train each phase for three months, daily.
I did this while working construction, I could drive my haand (fingers straight) into a pile of 8ft 2x4s, grab one, and swing it like a club. And I was dyel.
