Stop putting dirt in your beard, dum dum.
Don't shave for 4-5 weeks. If you have a good looking beard after that, trim up the neck line, but whatever you do, don't fucking shave your beard off at the jaw line, you'll look like a fucking clown.
If, after 4-5 weeks, you still have a patchy, uneven beard, shave it off and try again next year. I was able to grow a full beard from around the age of 22. An arab guy I knew in high school had a full beard by the age of 17. A good friend of mine couldn't grow a beard till he was 27 and he now has a bigger beard than I do. Most guys can grow one eventually, you might just be 30+ before it happens to grow in nicely.
