Naw im kidding, fuck cardio. But I do want to become a better sprinter. I have an asshole friend who thinks he's better than me in cardio work (he is actually) but i want to make sure I destroy him in sprinting
How do you guys do sprint training? HIIT? Etc?

90/180s
Easiest way to become a good sprinter.
If you're working on speed in particular stick to the shorter numbers, if you guys are going to sprint a decent distance 60/120s is your best bet.
90/180s is no fucking joke, if you're not already a very active sprinter you'll probably barf.
Add in hills for variation.
Don't stop jogging on the down intervals for more challenge.
Do not do more than 10 sets in one sitting.
Doing these made me able to run a sub 6 minute mile with 10 second added variation for each additional mile when I was in the military.
You also need to cut weight, but keep usable leg mass.
