How do I get non-shit abs? I do situps every other day for months

How do I get non-shit abs? I do situps every other day for months now but I've seen no improvement. What do I do?

Assuming this isn't bait (and it probably is):

Lower body fat. Abs are more about BF than the muscles.

Leg Lifts might help too, but it's mostly BF.

So diet/cut and do cardio.

Also, pull ups and push ups are good ab workouts as well. Pull ups being especially good.

This is partially true. But muscles like abs and calves are designed to be more or less flexed all the time, to keep us upright. Therefore, the contain more slow-twitch fibers and less fast-twitch ones. This means fatigue slower than muscles like pecs and biceps. For optimal growth more reps are required, so you activate all of the muscle fibers. For abs 12-15 reps are optimal for growth, and for calves even higher, up to 25.

From what I've learned, if you have shitty ab genetics, best to steer clear from ab exercises to avoid bulgy shitty abs.
