This works for people who wants to lose weight. If you burn more then you eat, you lose weight. But if you eat more then you burn, you still might lose weight since your body is not able to process all calories that you eat.

Losing weight is easy. Gaining is hard.

Bulked up to at least 20%, but I put on a ton of muscle to boot.

I plan on doing micro cuts along the way to May, just haven't figured out I'd I want to do 2 weeks slow bulk-2 weeks cut or 1 month bulk-2 weeks cut
