Hey /fit/ just wanted to ask if my midnight snack is healthy enough.
I've got
-Bowl of 2 packs of Ramen
-4 big homemade sugar cookies
-2 caramel rice cakes, one with peanut butter and one with Nutella
And to add some healthiness an apple and a glass of water
Will I be making them gains?
