How my chest looks.
I cant wear anything that isnt baggy because i look hideous. I cringe looking at pictures of myself.
Lifting only made it worse
I should stop lifting, i am obviously never going to make it.

>>35342510

>>35342520
I have pectus carinatum you fucking numbskull
>>35342531
mine goes pretty deep and in most shirts u can see the hole through my shirt because my chest is so big.
Both have their vices but I you are right I would rather have mine.
pic related. IT looks decent in some lightings. But most it just looks weird. this angle makes it look decent haha

for calrification. the part above the hole is bone. It's not muscle. the hole is a dip in my rib cage. Goes about 1 inch.
It really sucks. Normies with good chest genetics should feel happy.

I got slight PE aswell as a result of heart surgery. I never noticed it before I started lifting but now that my chest is huge it really shows. I've decided to get that shit fixed and already went and spoke to a surgeon. Thing is that in my case I also feel pain in my chest/spine, because of this insurance is probably covering it. If you have PE and you wanna look good, surgery is the only way to go bro's.

do the surgery now, it'll break your ribs but if you're young you'll recover almost completely. Friend had it, said he waited too long and kept it as he was growing older, he wanted to do the surgery eventually but the doctors said he was too old (middle aged) and his recovery wouldn't be that good. So do it when you're young OP
