Hey /fit/, I will attend military selections in September/October 2016. A part from lot of cardio, i'm trying to set up a workout routine to get prepared.
I've had for a long time some homegym equipment in my basement. Bench, barbell, dumbbells and plates (90kg / 200 lbs total).
I'm not training for aesthetics, but for strength and hopefully a bit of overall size.
What's your advice?

This pic kills me a little bit inside. *sigh*
I don't know what state or unit, but I think that the unit patch the guy on the left is wearing is National Guard, and they are not full time soldiers, so they have many more overweight members.
