Fat people very often don't want to hear about the actual changes they have to make, even if they do want to lose weight. They like to pretend they're doing something about it without putting in the effort.

I once made a large batch of cookies with peanut flour and a bunch of other gains related shit. It ended up being about 6 dozen, but the damned things didn't taste right to me. I brought them in, and between 4 women they ate all 5 dozen cookies in less than 2 hours. Sad thing was they all sugar crashed on something that had no added sugars. Never again.

Yes it is. The implication that what vehicle your whey is delivered in changes whether or not you lose fat or add to you squat is nonsense.

If you follow a maintenance diet and have your shake with water and lift and cardio you will lose weight and look better. Upon deciding to bulk or gain strength you can maintain the same diet but simply swap water for milk, pushing you over your tdee and back into a caloric surplus and allowing you to bulk. I personally follow this because I find having just a single variable to change whether or not I'm bulking or cutting is easier to keep track of. The idea that one leads to aesthetics and other to strength and size gains is silly and probably came from some fool seeing someone cutting with water and bulking with milk.

I won't give the exacts, but part of the building is a large machine shop.

I bought into the business about a year ago, so I can authorize my own breaks for fun stuff. Our workplace insurance was really against me keeping a squat rack in the building, so i use part of the back area and the warehouse area.

Some bodyweight stuff, an old tire for flipping, a hillside that gets the hammer, and a few other things.

I tried to get the owner to warm to the idea of making management meetings shorter by the idea of "you have to hold the kettlebell while you talk", but only the two of us would manage much time.

I hate some shit about my job, but I can make nearly anything there on my time, I can store all my tools & equipment that can't fit at home, and I take home a share of the profit on top of my salary + bonuses.
