Yeah m8 it is. I remember being an average teenage retard doing fucking worthless curlbro 2 hour routines 6 times a week like the actors do and chugging brotein I could barely afford and wondering why I wasn't making any gains and was always tired. "No pain no gain as they say!"

I'd go with one of the standard beginner routines, SS or SL 5x5. I used a version of SS that I'd changed up slightly for more upper body emphasis. I think any beginner routine in the sticky will work for you, the critical aspects are:

1. Recovery. This was a big one for me, SS recommends 3x/week for good reason. Naturals simply can't train hard 6 days a week. And don't miss out on sleep.
2. Diet. Forget GOMAD or 7000 calorie fuckfests, the latter is for roiders who can put that energy to good use. Here you have to calibrate according to your body, but 3000 cals is a good starting point.

Creatine also helped me a lot, way more than brotein supps. And it's super cheap. I made noticeable gains after about 3 months on an SS variant, so if you don't see anything after 3 months re-evaluate the 2 items up above.
