Do you count the clip collars in your lifts?
>>35334045
what
>2015
>counting collars
>counting the bar
>counting the outer plates
>ishgdigydi
>>35334045
Yes, they're each 20kg
>>35334045
You're trying too hard
fuck off
>>35334045
Yes, but only for athletic competitions.
If you have no idea what an athlete is I attached a picture of one.
>2015
>almost 2016
>not counting clip bars
>or atmospheric pressure
>or gravity relative to amount of earth you are under
not gonna make it brah
>>35334045
> 2015
>not counting the weight of your forearms in your bench press
>>35334045
It should be noted that you also need the volume, temprature, pressure and moles of your surroundings.
I live at a very low altitude in Florida so I have to account for the extra air pressure in my lifts.
>>35334045
Yes. I also count the chalk dust
>>35334329
moles of what anon?
-1 for not writing units
>>35334360
A mole is a unit of measurement you retard. The surrounding objects would be measured in moles.
>>35334341
Also the saturation as well, humid climates will have added weight due to the extra H2O molecules
>clips on warmup sets
>>35334349
>not counting dead skin cells and grime in the knurling too
Not gonna make it.
What about pic attached?
I like the idea of everything rounding nicer. 230vs 225, 320 vs 315, 410 vs 405 etc. round numbers matches my autism better
>>35334589
>no taking into account the quantum magnetic orderings of the barbell and its interaction with the Earth's magnetic field to quantify the effects of ferromagnetism on the force actually exerted
Will never make it desu
>>35334374
not "retard"
but moles of surroundings isn't very clear
>>35334294
>not counting effects of relativity based on different to reference frames
Get on my level pleb.
>>35334640
Those you should probably count.
Light spring collars are irrelevant in terms of weight, but heavy comp-grade collars can weigh more than the smallest plates on the bar.
>>35334286
That's a good athlete there one of the better ones I've seen, solid rompus.
>>35334897
Comp collars are always 2.5kg each.
>>35334640
Any reason why they're so massive?
>>35334640
Comp collars get counted not clips.
>>35336212
Linear progression
>>35334045
nah.. i don't even count fractional plates...
round down to the nearest five.
its tryhard to say you bench 286.5lb
>>35334045
Do u guys count your hat phone and wallet when u squat or do u take those off your body?
My last gym lacked micro plates so one time i brought my oat scale and weigthed collars so i could add anything other than 2,5 kg to my ohp. Two collars were about 0,8 kg and it was perfect for linear progression on this meme lift.
