Sup /fit/. How can I improve my daily routine? My current routine is
-125 push ups
-125 sit ups
-125 iron arms [a little machine that trains grip and lower arms]
-125 squats
-100 curls with a 35 lb dumbbell [50 per arm, 5 sets of 10, alternating arms]
-Then I sprint about half a mile to a mile [not sure exact distance].
I'm seeing results, I just want to know if any of this is redundant or if there's ways I can improve.

Go to the gym and lift weights.
>>35334031
Read the sticky and never post again
>>35334031
you're going to stall out with that routine eventually. you can keep doing it until you stop seeing gains
>>35334117
Well, assuming going to the gym isn't an option [but buying weights/equipment is], what should I replace, and with what?
I know eventually the bodyweight exercises will just become endurance training, but they haven't yet. But I've no idea what to eventually replace them with.
>>35334126
you could do the weighted versions of these excerises i guess, I extended my bodyweight exercise routine by adding in weighted push-ups, sit ups, and pull/ups/chinups

lel
but seriously, get a gym membership OP and a real fucking routine, you will be 10x better off for it. I don't care if you gotta suck dick to make the money, no excuse
>>35334135
What do you mean weighted?
>>35334142
usually means putting a backpack with weights/hevay shit in it on your back in most cases, or putting weights in between your legs during pull-ups
>>35334126
You can train almost all your body with dumbbells.
>>35334031
Change it entirely.
>125 push ups
High volume isn't good for developing muscle or physique. Either do weighted or some variation with lower volume.
>125 situps
Situps are garbage. Do any other core excercise. I like L-sits or leg riases.
>125 iron arms
It you wanna train grip then I suggest you get a Captains of Crush or Heavygripz gripper.
>125 squats
same as pushups, move to harder variations (shrimp or pistol) and do lower volume
>100 curls
this is fine I guess, but Chinups are better because they also target lats
>sprint half a mile
this is fine
I would just say lower volume higher intensity, but if you like the results you get then it's fine.
>>35334413
Why are sit ups garbage?
>>35334521
Not >>35334413 but if you want some fucking advice don't question and nitpick, google why situps are garbage and then decide for yourself
>>35334521
I am >>35334413 and the reason is that they don't do much and are bad for your back.

>Well, assuming going to the gym isn't an option [but buying weights/equipment is]
Buy weights.
Pick them up.
Replace not picking up weights with picking up weights.
