If I only do exercises I can do at home (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups etc.) and cardio, can I get any significant gains?
Assuming a proper diet of course.

yes, most mister olympias only train bodyweight
Go to /asp/'s bosyweight threads and /r/bodyweghtfitness
You can make some legit gains from the Reccomended Routine.
yes.
pushups with a backpack on and pullups and chin ups with a dumbell between your feet or a backpack on are great.

this redditor shows you that you can hit every muscle group except legs this way.
the problem is you will get bored and struggle to fix specific areas you want to improve.
You can get somewhat decent gains. Been doing those 3 for the past 3 or so months. Wide grip pushups really hit my bis.
6ft1 so no manlet gains.
You can but you have to learn a lot more variants to things than lifting. Look up a gymnasts routine, they will usually have progressions from nothing to planche/manna. Nobody can say those guys are weak.

Yeah, but it will take way longer

>that
>decent gains
Sorry bro but no
>no triceps
>flexing to show off nonexistent biceps
>no shoulders
>no chest
>probably no traps either
>babby forearms
Bodyweight is amazing IF you do proper progression and don't just stick to basic push ups and shit

I train at home but I got some dumbbells and lots of weights so I can progress... it's working for me, maybe you should do the same.

You're right, those areas are lacking. But I've been sedentary nearly my whole life. I have no before but considering where I came from, it's decent.
