In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

To seriously answer your question (I'm more knowledgeable than u think for a dyel). If you want to emphasize upper body and de emphasize lower (but still make gains or at least maintain). Do legs 1x a week.

Do upper/lower/upper 3x a week (or you can do push/pull, whatever, I prefer upper/lower). If you don't want your legs to grow, just don't add weight or reps to add my leg excercises. To have them just grow slowly... The low frequency will take care of that.

If you really don't care about legs too much... Just do some leg press + leg curls for 4x8 or something like that, and then you can do some pumptastic arm work after. (and maybe even delt work, but doing 2 volume heavy upper body workouts plus another workout using the shoulders may fuck up your shoulders, so I'd say nah, or at least be very careful).
