1/2/3/4 lifts (already hit two of them), and 10% bf. Currently cutting already for summer. First year that I should actually look decent. Then once fall rolls around ima slow bulk and should hit all my lifting goals

Jogging. Rowing machines if you gym has them, they are most fun cardio. The main compound lifts: OHP, deadlift, rows, bench press, sqauts. Get your diet right too.

Works pretty well. Did for me. Scour TPB for anything and everything you can find. If you run out of source material, find some audio books, films, etc in the language and just listen intently - preferably with a notepad for querying any language or grammar lately.

Finally get good enough in JAVA to get some ezy coding job so I can have one pack of worries less.

buy my own clothes, buy my own stuff to replaces my M and L sized clothes which will be certainly too big until summer.

I want to get off caffeine, about one cup of coffee a day and replace the other 6 with decaf until I only drink decaf.
