Should SL or SS get me shredded enough to do a good Spider-Man cosplay? If not, what should I do? I want to be able to cosplay /fit/ characters.

All beginner programs will give you similar size gains.

Your diet is the question, not your routine.

SS and SL will give you similar results, SL should give a bit more hypertrophy due to more sets, though.

What would beginner gains constitute? As far as dient, just makes sure I'm consuming less calories than my maintenance and that I'm consuming 1 gram of protein for every poind of body weight right? Or just lean body mass?

You should have said in the OP that you're fat

>1 gram of protein for every poind of body weight right?

1g/lb of lean body mass is what I usually tell people, though everyone's genetics determines how much protein they can synthesize, so it may be more or less.

If you find yourself getting overwhelmed by protein farts, then it's too much, other than that, eat as much as you feel like. More than 50g, less than farts, lol.

1g/lb of weight is perpetuated by the fitness industry to sell more whey, disregard.

I'm not fat I don't think. I'm 6'1 and 190lbs. I'm just skinnyfat with like 30% body fat. I need to be down to much lower body fat to have visible abs, which means I should be cutting right?

you don't need visible abs if you're wearing a costume

But it's spandex or a sentai (lyrca?) suit, so it hugs the body, right? Wouldn't the imprint be somewhat visible at that point?

5 years ago I started doing push-ups to look good in a Spider-Man costume.
I'm now 5 10 and 95 kg.
Gains are addictive

Any tips to get there efficiently?

M-most people tell me I'm skinny. It's well distributed I guess. I just have a lot around my stomach.

>>35325018
no, not really, even if it is, it would be hidden by the webs and shit

>>35325128
Not really, takes alot of time

SL and SS are strength routines, add in isolation exercices too, don't stick to pure SL because you won't have big arms, and you don't want to end up being a T-Rex overlord
