Fatfuck here.
After passing through a NEETing phase I realized I fucking ruined my body through time.

My current weigh is 102 kg
I'm tall 1,80 cm or 6'0" in imperial system conversion.

Am I fucked forever? Will I be able to rimediate? Is it possible to grow muscle after being a fat lazy piece of shit fo many years? I'm willing to train whenever I can, Im sick of this shit and I'm starting to have difficults over this. I just don't know how should I start.

Side informations:
I also have a fucked up sleep pattern, I wake up in night and I sleep during the late morning, so I have a pretty unstable eating / healthy style. Will this have influences on losing weight etc.?

Go to the gym at night everynight. Stay for 2 hours a night. Lift heavy things and learn. Since your already up then anyway and gyms are dead at night. You can take your time being a faggit and learn forms and lifts

Eat clean whenever you're hungry. Lift and do cardio. That's what I'm doing and it's working.

Source: I work afternoons so I'm awake 1pm til 5mm or later. I lift at 1am.

You can get a lot of advice on nutrition and basic exercise looking around here (beware the troll posts though, and veganism is a shill meme these days, don't listen to it).

I guess your best bet would be fixing things little by little if you've never done any kind of regular exercise aside for half-assing PE at school. If that's the case, I think the first thing should be fixing the sleep schedule, that can be done with your first steps towards becoming fit, so two birds with one stone.

- Stop drinking calories. Soda, starbucks and similar crap goes away like right now, alcohol should go as well. One can of diet soda (non caffeinated) per day MAX to get rid of the cravings.

- Google an absolute beginner bodyweight routine to do at home with no equipment, plus some list of basic stretches. Commit to do it 3-4 times a week during the evening, as this will help you fall asleep.

These two steps are absolutely BASIC, if you cannot do them I'm sad to say there's no hope for you.
