Waking up at 4-5am just now, usually:

Coffee and get dressed then run down to the gym for 30 and run back before the world wakes up, make some food, waste some time and go through my day

I'm 27 years old.

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.

After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.
Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.

I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older.
Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Practice. Find a time when you're awake and pretty normal, set your alarm clock for a few minutes in the future, get in bed as if you were going to sleep and relax as much as possible. When your alarm clock goes off jump out of bed and do 10 pushups or drink a glass of water, get dressed, etc, whatever your desired routine is.

Training and practicing reacting to your alarm clock sounds autistic but it's just common sense: the more times you jump out of bed and do X after your alarm clock goes off, the more likely you are to do that next time it happens, whether you're tired and not thinking or not.

Other things that help are having a glass of water next to your bed, having your clothes laid out ready to put on etc

10:30 get out of bed
10:30-11:30 check news and mongolian yak trading bazaars, make a pot of tea
11:30-12:00 cook oats
12:00-13:00 eat oats and watch TV
14:00-15:00 work out
15:00-15:30 shower
15:30-01:00 rest for the day. play vidya, work, hang out with friends.

Throughout the day I work on writing my book, reading (currently reading the books from the related picture), practice cryptology (currently working on two-way one-time-pad communication that can be sustained for indefinite periods of time) and mathematics (currently reading a lot of books on mathematics), and improving my body as much as possible.

What about my diet is messed up? I am always looking for ways to improve myself.

For fear of leaving cotton balls inside my ears, I started using a piece of steel to clean my ear ducts. Not a sharp object, usually the other (rounded) side of some tweezers. I won't unvirgin my ear ducts enough to break something, I ain't that retarded.

Same here, unemployed for a while, cba to go to the gym anymore, so right now it's 18:40 and I've been awake for an hour, still in bed and no plans for the rest of my night. No desire to do anything either.
