There's no other way but getting used to it. Br here, I know the feels, but in a month or so you'll already get used to it.

>livers
Be careful of hypervitaminosis, liver got way way too much vitamin A and B complex. It'll be harmful if you're eating to much for a long time like I was.

My mom taught me this recipe:
>Boil 1 cup lentils
>Use a small amount of oil or butter (any kind) on a shallow pan.
>Dice tomatoes, garlic, onions, and carrots and toss them in the pan.
>pour lentils with liquid into pan
>mix and simmer mixture for a while
>enjoy
I don't like onion or garlic so I use potatoes, cilantro, cumin, oregano, pepper, etc. instead.

Quinoa is so expensive I remember buying it for one cent per gram. I saw a one pound bag the other day for about 15 bucks
rye flakes - superior to oats in every regard except price. they have more protein and fiber per calorie and taste way better than oats, but cost a little bit more
lentils and beans - people get too little fiber in their diets and you can add lentils or beans to almost every dish. also pretty good sources of protein and super cheap
sunflower seeds - best snack. good amounts of protein and good fats. either get regular seeds to stop you from over-snacking, or go with hulled seeds and down them like you would peanuts or cashews
wild rice - not really rice, but way better than even brown rice. again, it is more expensive though. I tend to mix wild and brown rice together
sauerkraut - fermented foods are great and cabbage is great. easy to make and great for you
