How the fuck am i supposed to cut/bulk when counting calories are so difficult?

Been eating everyday what i thought was 2kcal turns out to be 4kcal REEEEEEEE

I'm a poverty college kid renting out apartement in the cheap side of town ,

Nearest proper supermarket is an hour drive away

So i have to shop in this deli with butchery inside

So most of the times i have to survive on no brand oats/dried noodles or on suspiciously packed fishes that doesnt say their nutritional value
