How the fuck am i supposed to cut/bulk when counting calories are so difficult?
Exhibit A
>oats
1 cup of oats one site says its 500 kcal
Another says its 350
Google even says its fucking 900
Been eating everyday what i thought was 2kcal turns out to be 4kcal REEEEEEEE
>MyFitnessPal App
>Barcode scan packet of oats you eat
>Get exact cals/macros
Its rly not hard

why dont you just look on the box?
>eat X amount of food
>if your weight goes in the direction you want, continue eating like that
>if it doesn't go up/down, eat more/less
not hard you fucking mongrel
Literally the slightest bit of Google-related effort will yield accurate results. It sounds like you're just typing "oats calories" and hoping for the best. Search according to your brand - chances are MyFitnessPal has it on their database.

I'm a poverty college kid renting out apartement in the cheap side of town ,
Nearest proper supermarket is an hour drive away
So i have to shop in this deli with butchery inside
So most of the times i have to survive on no brand oats/dried noodles or on suspiciously packed fishes that doesnt say their nutritional value
How can i count calories when all im eating is cooked food and sandwiches
