Just cut until you can see abs in good lighting when flexed, then clean bulk (by that I mean high carbs, high protein, low fat just omega 6 & 3, so I'd do 500g carbs, 300g protein, 20g fat personally, you make your percentages and macros accordingly to your maintenance level.) Train with strength training or a high volume routine that has high frequency.

This is me doing that, on bulks I train 2x a day. Inb4 someone says I cycled: I cycled once for 10 weeks on tren E, mast E, Test E, Sdrol, IGF-1 & slin. That's only shown in the pic on the top right.

I just lift casually though. I have hopes to compete once in powerfliting but gave up desu, I am a student and found balancing love life, finacial life (working and shit), with studying, family life, friend life and the rest too difficult to really go 100% except in summer holidays if I wasn't doing a job or had an intership. In my last year now so I can only expect things get harder.

Mind you, at the weight of 72kg I had those natty lifts.
Could you please post your stats, time lifting and physique if you're such a guru on it? Oh your cycles too since you know so much about cycling.

I had a gram of test, forgot I had injectable dbol with my TNE, I did also use TNE and tren base. I had 300mg tren, 200mg mast, 30mg ED sdrol, 10iu slin PWO, would back off depending on BG fasted and post high carb meal to assess sensitivity to insulin.
Uhh, IGF-1 was 60mcg PWO 4x a week.

I will admit I didn't enjoy it, I think cycles are overhyped, even the first 3 weeks on test e 500mg was meh. I started getting serious mental sides, self directed agression and depression, which was clearly some dopamine depletion based issue seeing as prami helped fix that up.
My gym buddy got gyno. That's about it.

Plus pretty sure some of my gear (test e was pharma tho) was underdosed as fuck. The HCG caused problems too (who doesn't love estrogen sides?)

Honestly, it was weird. I'd get sudden bursts in strength with these growth spurts. I'd think it was my training but it was just the increase in lean mass and a maturing neuromuscular system, through puberty.
But you can make those gains now. In all honesty I didn't make most of my gains until I was 18.5 years, where I took things a little more seriously and stopped following the SS + gomad meme and 5/3/1 and texas method. Started using lyle mcdonalds stuff.

You'll find those gains will slow down, trust me. You don't get that strong by the 4th year. People exaggerate it.
Like my best relative lift was OHP which I got at 120kg strict.
I remember getting 2/3/5/6 in my second year and it didn't really budge much there after. Gains just slow down a ridiculous amount. It sucks but it's how it is, unless you're lucky or train well/eat well and can commit to it.
