Instead of running or some shit i just do my sets with ZERO rest time. It really gets the heart pumping but you have to be EXTREMELY careful and wear one of those heart monitor thingys. I collapsed a couple times doing this but its awesome workout. Oh yeah and also makesure you bring a puke bucket. You will need it trust me.

Im 340lbs btw. Played tier 1 varsity football throughout HS and am used to a fuckton of running everyday.
My favorite ones are barbell complexes.
If you don't have a barbell at home I guess starting doing just the movements would be enough for a nice cardio.

It's almost guaranteed to damage them to where they could always be a problem for you. Think about it, they're designed for probably at maximum 200 pounds of weight to be put on them, and you're 140 more than that
Losing weight is 99% diet. Exercise can help it move faster, but without a caloric deficit, exercise isn't doing jack shit
I used to be obese too, and now I jog 5k three times a week and walk 5k every other day. But I started by just walking, and only started jogging when it didn't hurt

Hard to tell, depends on the person and your form and shoes and everything. Absolutely nothing higher than 250. If your knees or shins or anything start to hurt when you do start jogging, walk. Don't "push through the pain" with jogging, pain while jogging means something's wrong and you could be doing damage
