Brehs, I need your help. I'm in med school, and I study/am in class 10-14 hours a day every weekday, and 8-10 hours on the weekends. I barely manage to squeeze in my workouts thanks to my roommates and I throwing down on the home gym. I barely have time to cook, and mostly end up eating shit takeout.

I need two kinds of recipes:
1) Stuff that I can make in mass, freeze into individual portions, and defrost when I need it.

2)Some foods that can stay unrefrigerated in my backpack for hours without going bad.

Help me brehs.
Also, /fit/ recipes and /fit/ food general.

You do it wrong. It should never took more than 6-8 hrs a day and 3-5 on weekends, everything els is useless shit

>salad(mixed)+meat/low fat mozzarela/tuna+condiment of your choice

>Mix oats+ground nuts (almonds,pecan, hazelnuts..)+ whey in a milk/water mix

>my morning shake: 2 whole, raw eggs+ 1 scoop whey+ a shitload of raw, non-sweetened coca powder+ oat meal(optional, depends on caloric needs)

>bananas+cottage cheese

>rice+ whey+milk/water
