Yes, there were plenty of these guys on my college rugby team. A good amount of them are now in med school and law school.
Here's the thing though. You don't NEED an idol to model yourself after completely. Take the information and ideals from any person you admire and adopt them into your lifestyle. You don't need to find someone who's the whole package. Find a guy who lifts who inspires you. Find an artist who inspires you. Find a scholar or philosopher who inspires you. Then construct your OWN personality and life philosophies from them.
Learn to build yourself up and not just copy the mannerisms of someone else.

the problem is that humans are mostly social creatures. That means that if they hang around with weaklings (the majority of society), that society will try to impose on them, one way or another. Be it subtle (like a fat woman at a workplace DEMANDING you take a slice of cake), or less subtle, like "why dont you have a coke anon, you worked hard".
To be fit in this degenerate society, you have to be anti social. Yea you dont have to be like an obnoxious vegetarian, but I understand why some of them are. Because on the other side, if you remain neutral and passive in relation to your food, people will shove shit in your goddamn face and then keep on pushing, even if you politely say why you wont.
Things like smoke breaks are a no go for you then (dont want that second hand smoke), even though smoke breaks are like water cooler moments, social places. Next up is eating. If people around you are constantly on a sugar rush from soda or other things, while you eat nothing, it feels like you do not like them.
And there are many degenerate habits like that, habits that are tied to social things. I tried avoiding them to the best of my ability while remaining polite, but I can tell you that its mostly not possible. Its much easier to find people like you.

I'm fairly jacked and I study engineering at a world top 10 uni but on the other hand I'm pretty autistic. everytime I go to the kitchen I listen outside my room first to make sure no ones there so I don't have to talk. Whenever I do talk I say some embarrassing a/f shit that I cringe when I remember.
