Blood test results are back, is my test low for a 22 year old male?
>>
>>35307199
No
>>
>>35307199
ask a doctor...?
>>
Your test is in the upper range.
>>
No thats not bad actually. If you wanted to run a very small test e cycle (100-150mg a week) you wouldnt hurt yourself either and be even more high test
>>
>>35307361
more about this. Would it shut down my HPTA?
>>
>>35308728
Yeah and you'd make no gains
>>
>>35308744

Sorry to hijack this thread.

But i've had low test symptoms for the last year and a half with a normal/above average testosterone. Could I benefit from going on testosterone?

Had an extremely high libido up until 18, lost it weirdly in a 2 week frame and now i'm 20 and still haven't recovered.
>>
>>35307361
how much does 100mg test equate to?
>>
>>35309010
its a TRT dose
>>
>>35307199
I'm 23 and my test is half that.
>>
>>35308761
Interested.

Same thing happened to me, thought I must have low test.

Got it checked and I have 813ng/dl lmao wtf do I do to solve this shit
>>
>>35307199
it's pretty average, 1000 are genetic freaks but that would be optimal for making the most gains
everything over 1000 and you're considered to be on gear
>>
>>35309055
that's on the higher side of natty isnt it?

Here's mine. Tfw mild chronic kidney disease.
>>
>>35309077

I don't take creatine. Just have fucked up kidneys. And here's my test. All this happened to me because I used to take lithium.
>>
>>35309134
shit man, im assuming you're taking stuff for the kidney disease then, if not do so asap.

also how old are you? those numbers are low, you could get legitimate trt.
>>
>>35309074
Yep, and my libido is nowhere to be found :^//
>>
>>35309185
take some tren, kek
>>
>>35309160
I'm 23. I don't take anything for kidneys. I was on TRT for a year, but my doctor took me off because my liver wasn't looking good. He says he's uncomfortable continuing TRT. Thinking about just killing myself desu senpai
>>
>>35309185
do something drastic, like edging for like 4 hours without porn. If you want something enough you'll eventually get it
>>
>>35309199
jesus fuck, get a new doc and get your kidneys taken care of. Then look into trt with the new doc. sounds like a shit situation but it could be a lot worse.
>>
>>35309055
>813ng/dl
I'm sure
>>
>>35309219
I have an appointment with another endocrinologist on the 29th, but I doubt he'll help much. My nephrologist says my kidney levels are fine for now but if they get worse, then we'll have to do something about it.
>>
>>35309219
Oh, and my current endocrinologist said one of the reasons he doesn't want to continue TRT is because he doesn't want me to build more muscle. Says increased muscle mass is harder on the kidneys. wtf
>>
>>35309269
>being physically fit will make dealing with a chronic illness harder

Literal wut
>>
You should check your free and bioavailable testosterone, not only total
>>
>>35309307
That's when I knew I needed a new doctor lol.

what does it mean when it says someone has low creatine in urine samples? When I shadowed at a rehab center they psychiatrist used it as evidence that someone relapsed. I assume it has to do with the liver

equivalent to 337ng/dl

this was when I was 23 (two years ago). Once I started eating bacon + eggs and adding multivitamins everyday, I went from lethargic as fuck since the last 20 fucking years to probably the most energetic person ever even on low sleep. Didn't even lift that much during these last two years. Haven't gone back to check.
>>
>>35309055
Am I le fucked?
>>
>>35309927
Wait.

I'm the guy who posted earlier. Did you develop properly? Like proper facial hair, body hair, etc?

How's your progress at the gym?
>>
>>35310591

The reason I ask is there's something called MAIS:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mild_androgen_insensitivity_syndrome

Where the androgen receptors in one's body can be mildly insensitive to the testosterone produced.

460ng/dl average test here. 28yo though. I don't remember the actual numbers but my doc said my free testosterone was in the upper range, enough for decent gains, I guess
>>
>>35310591
Facial and body hair is poor enough, but its there. I'm only 18 so it seems normal. I've a smallish frame but nothing out of the ordinary.

Been lifting for two years now and lifts have gone from 30kg ohp/35kg bench/ 50kg squat/ 60kg deadlift to 57.5/100/135/165. 54 to 74kg bw at 5'11. Lifts would be higher without my fucked elbows and exams/schoolwork.

I'm in uni now and this is starting to really get me down. I'm doing nofap and noporn in the hopes it will solve any potential mental issues. Shit sucks.
>>
>>35310920

Did you watch a lot of porn regularly? I did but I don't think that's causing decreased ejaculation, desire.. it doesn't seem likely.
>>
>>35311078
I'm not sure, I've always searched through many pics/vids rather than just using one or two. Been trying to give it up and its harder than I thought. Not sure if it'll fix me or not but feels like something I should do anyway.
>>
26 yo and recently started gaining fat in my ass and developed a very light case of gyno, got my total test checked and it was 500 and my estridol was normal, only had 5 hours of sleep the night before though so the test should probably be a little higher then that, gonna get a more detailed test..
>>
>>35311178

I don't think it'll do anything honestly. I've tried abstaining for 2 weeks and it didn't really help.

Where do you store fat? Do you have a masculine physique?
>>
>>35307199
Yeah man you're in the clear. Anything above 600 as a young male and you are never going to have problems. If you can make lifestyle and diet changes to improve your lipids (raise HDL, lower the Trig) and raise testosterone a bit, that wouldn't hurt.
>>
>>35310920
why are you fasting

its winter brochacho

>>35311322
I'm not fasting m80 I'm eating 3500-4000kcal per day
>>
Do you have to get a specific type of blood test to get test information? Sorry if it sounds dumb.

I suspect I have low test (gyno for starters) and have never taken a blood test. I'm not quite sure how it works. (From the UK btw.)
>>
>>35311379
yeah you gotta tell the doch to check for your test levels obviously
>>
>>35311379
Personally, I got a "fasting bloods" test. That included minerals, cholesterol, and hormones (test, thyroid, etc). Honestly just talk to your doc about your concerns and there's no reason you shouldn't be able to get your test checked
>>
>>35311388
But the one in OP makes it seem like there's one type of blood test that covers everything from hepatitis to calcium to testosterone.
>>
>>35311419
there's different panels (hepatitis, lipids, metabolic) . testosterone seems to be listed under comprehensive metabolic panel, but i doubt that's the case. the pic is cut off.
>>
>>35311355

You don't look like you have wide hips or any sort of developmental issue. Do you have a skype bro? I'm going thru the exact same shit and would like to talk to some1 about it.
>>
>>35311553
Sorry brah, it was late and I've got a flight to catch now. If you're serious, leave your email or Skype and I can try get back to you, though I'll be busy over the holiday period. I would leave mine but it's got my name in it and don't have time ATM to make an anon one.

>mild chronic
I don't think you know what either of those words mean.
>>
>>35308761
Theres this thing called depression. You might want to check into it.

Low testosterone is a symptom not a diagnosis.
>>
>>35314717

Again, not depressed lol.
>>
How do i ask my NHS doc for a blood test?

what do i say when he asks me why i want it?
>>
>>35314866
You say you are an immigrant woman and want free stuff so gimme
>>
>>35314696
Chronic as in long term, and mild as in I still have 65% renal function. Moderate would be about 50% or under.
>>
>>35314777
I don't see where you said that... but, there are different degrees of depression and it can affect you in weird ways. Along with being stressed.

However, there are a lot of other things that could be giving you those symptoms. A proper assessment should be performed by your doctor. If you already have been to one with no success, ask for a referral or get a different doctor. A good doctor would be more inclined to investigate what is going on. While not unheard of, it is not normal for a healthy 20 year old male to have this going on. Though, this is under the presumption that you are "healthy" i.e: not obese, shit eating habits, excessive drinking/smoking/drug use, etc.
