Small to very small. 6' and over PLUS a waist of 32" and lower is literally male model tier.
Of course, the top male models are slightly taller with an inch or so less in the waist, but that's like comparing yourself to Claudia Schiffer as a girl - useless.
Keep also in mind these top tier male models have chests under 40". So they are very, very skinny.

I'm 6'0-6'1 / 175 / 12ish% with a 32 waist and i think it looks pretty small (especially because i have wide shoulders). If you had a 30" waist at this height, you'd look comical.
