Christmas is nearly here and after that it's time to cut.
I have had a bad year and put on 10 kgs of weight. At least I went to the gym meanwhile and got some gains.

>Macros:
Haven't decided yet, I think I'll start with 1800 kcals. Sedentary lifestyle besides gym.
>Diet:
Chicken (recently grew to love them after learning how to cook)
Broccoli (delicious when cooked in oven)
Oats (cheap, good fiber, tasty)

I have to figure out what to eat with oats.
Greek yoghurt? Milk? I don't know.

your diet should pretty much consist of not eating fast food or soft drink, and your focus should be on cardio/hiit

that's like the opposite of how it works. Diet is way more important than exercise, I've got a couple of injuries and haven't been able to work out much in months but have maintained weight just by keeping a good diet.
But unless you have a professional athlete's workout routine where you're spending like 6 hours a day working out, exercise won't overcome a shit diet.

Been sick so I am taking a week break from dieting/lifting (though haven't gained or lost anything in 2 weeks). Going to start counting dem calories again after new year. If I am feeling up to it, I plan on lifting again next week.
