My question is this. I don't mind lifting, i think i might actually like it. My weak spot is my diet. I'm the kind of guy that can't cheat. If i have a cheat meal, i binge all day because i have no self control.
Because of this,i was thinking of going on a keto diet. First off, do you think keto works? It just seems very strict and i think that's what i need. Going grocery shopping tomorrow, need some tips. I will stock myself with only keto stuff if you think it's a good idea. You obviously know what you're doing. Some suggestions of food to get would be great too.

One last thing. This is NOT a diet. Stop thinking of it that way right now. It is a lifestyle change. You need to find something you can stick to because if you want to keep the weight off you can't go back to eating unhealthy processed shit. That doesn't mean you can't have a treat every once in a while. Just check your myfitnesspal and enter it in first to see if it will fit your macros.
