I measured my wing span relative to my height and both were 5'9, from what I understand I can pretty much do either and I won't be particularly good at either, but I feel that there are more factors at play that I haven't researched. I also had lower back rounding problems with conventional, but when i tried sumo for the first time, i instantly found a good position to pull and my lower back was straight. I love the feeling that my lower back doesn't feel stiff after and that i can just fous to pull without worrying about my lower back. Just like with squats. From now on, its PR time.

But my form is actually more a "semi" sumo deadlift, and im not sure if im doing it right but atleast it feels good, easy and my lower back is fine.

Well no, but my deadlift is pretty narrow stanced. Are wider conventionals even a thing? I supose i could try sumo deads and have lmaonorom.

If you mean my squat i have tried around a bit but i have a shit leg and cant really squat with a more narrow stance. No vids, i feel like i would be the lord of spagetti if i started filming my lifts.

If your squat form is on point and you're going to depth, then maybe try sumo. Or identify the weak link in your convention (i.e. hamstrings, erectors) and do some extra volume for those.
