How many months/years of training to look like this from skeleton mode? Also what weight to look like that at 6foot?

It will take a year on something like SS or SL and then moving into Texas Method or Madcow, all the while on a bulk, can do GOMAD to begin with if you're that skinny.

Nah from actual skelly mode and just not skinny fat its gonna take longer than that.
I'd guess closer to and year and a half to 2 years OP. That guy looks close to 200lb if he is 6 foot, a 120lb skinny narrow skelly isn't gonna put on close to ~80lb in a year
