Everytime I stand up quickly after sitting or squatting for a time my vision becomes blurred and almost blacks out. I lost balance and feels as if my consciousness is caving in. Sometimes I allow myself to fall over and just lie on the ground until the sensation passes. If I'm in public I have to hold on to something so I don't fall over. This happens daily, several times a day. Any other headrushbros feelin my pain? Anything I can do to stop it?

I don't know, I eat huge dinners and am sitting at around 15% BF.
I've been doing intermittent fasting lately but the headrushes have been a problem my whole life, even when I was a fat slob who gorged constantly.

Yeah I know that feel OP, had it for a long time.
Went to the doctor, she said it was because of the low blood-pressure, and prescribed some OTC vitamins and minerals for me to drink. It made them go away (I miss that feel tho).
So, exercise more, and start taking vitamins and minerals in pills. That should help.

You have low blood pressure. Hypotension.
That's why it gets better when you lay down, your blood pressure stabilizes. It can also help to elevate you legs above your head, on a chair or something.

k, I looked into it. might be a dehydration issue. I drink a pot of coffee in the morning and have been neglecting water lately. think I'll just pound a litre of water with a bit of salt first thing in the morning and see if that works.

Dehydration goes hand in hand with this, along with bad diet. If you get ortostatic hypotension every day it's bad and you should see a doctor. You could have an underlying condition. To have it once in a while isn't serious but every day is different.

I see extremely clearly at both close and long range. My eyes are not the issue. I created this thread to get some general feedback on the issue before delving into it on a deeper level ie. seeing a physician.
If you read the first post you'd understand that it is certainly a matter of even minor concern.
