the biggest guy in my gym OHP's 100kg, i doubt many people can strict press 140kg.
Of course it's achievable naturally, why the fuck wouldn't it be? I know at least 3 guys ranging from 80-90kg that can rep out 140kg on the bench press. It's a large number to press, but not impossible.
A guy at my gym strict presses ~335 for reps.
But he's also a semi-pro powerlifter with a total over 2100 and probably juiced to the gills.
