What's the least faggiest abdominal exercise to do at the gym to strengthen the core for your lifts?

Leg raises are gay as fuck and who the fuck would do crunches (also crunches seem pretty ineffective) at the gym?

Should I just do some crunches and other shit with some small weights at home or is there any proper GOAT abdominal exercise that I could do at the gym with extra weights?

Fuck all that. We used to do leg raises in muay thai and I carried that shit over to the gym with no regrets.
Put some swivel in the hips on the way up for added juice.
Also, hold on to something above your head, like a bench, none of that hands under your ass foolery. Get more leverage and looks way better.

I think I herniated a spinal disc doing dragon flags. Make sure you aren't fatigued when you do them, and progress slowly. Don't enter the snap town like I did...

Seated cable crunches. Constant tension on the muscles if done right and allows progressive overload.

I do... Idk what to call it, but lay on your back and raise both your legs and torso so you make a V with your waist/butt the only part on the ground. Either do it sort of fast for reps, or slow and try to hold it

I get in kind of a plank position, but a little more bent over so your ass sticks higher up.
Then do some short pelvic thrusts from that position, but try to only use your ab muscles

Then take your pants off, lube up, and take a pounding while maintaining the position.
