New lifter, what do you thinkof this routine? 3x5 except deadlift

Barbell row

Ez curls

Is this balanced? A/B few first weeks 3x

I wouldn't do curls before deadlift. And I would add chinups at least.

weighted dips (maybe instead of incline bp) and pullups, not even meming. Also if your mobility is shit, work on it. Your squat won't be perfect the first times, add some goblet squats when you feel like it. If you still can't get your hips betweens your feet, search squat rx.

Rows and curls on one day, deads and chinups on the other, but that's just me.

Add pull ups like other anons keep saying.
Do some tricep pushdowns or skullcrushers to work the other 2/3 of your upper arm that isn't the biceps.

And personally I think starting out benching with dumbbells > barbells.
