You should do a bit more front squatting. By the back squat I would say 100-105 and 130-135 depending on how good tech is, somewhat less based on the front squat.

Not that anyone should look at me as anything but bad, but the most I have back/front squatted this year are 171/150 and I've done 110/137 as my best training snatch and c+j.

Why are you putting weights down? Do you have bumper plates? If you can't drop the bar after lifts you've gotta be extra careful and be sure to keep good positions when lowering the bar.

I work in neurobiology and as such only have a basic knowledge of shoulder anatomy, but if it's muscular pain give it a week or two of rest, if its joint pain or if it lasts longer than a week or two see a doctor.

Make sure you support it with the back rather than arms, push the weight slightly behind your head then internally rotate the shoulders you should feel the weight being supported by traps and upper back not arms

Arms would snap into place properly if you do it correctly, we have several lifters who has changed technique to this and they no longer press out jerks

Watch the torokhtiy tutorial on how to jerk he talks about it

If you have bad shoulder flexibility start with a pvc snatch grip then internally rotate and keep doing that till you reach jerk grip

i never did muscle snatch all the up. i just did it to my shoulders to emphasize keeping the bar close to my body.

idk what your form is like but if it makes sense to do a muscle snatch then go for it. for me i had more difficulty with getting underneath the bar than the pull so i worked that more.
