Is it true that you grow taller all the way into your early 20s? 5'10 18 year old manlet here hoping to make it to 6 ft. My dad is 6'1 so i think i have a good chance.

You peak in height at 22, after that it goes down slowly. Maybe less if you lift, but the point is you hit your max around 22. The change from 18->22 is on average about a half an inch.
So you are pretty much out of luck.

Will eventually make you lose height.
There is no way around it.
Thankfully the effects aren't noticeable until after you're 40 generally.
You will lose on average half an inch every ten years after prime.
The only way to help prevent this is good posture and diet.

Those are averages and the peak is due to late late onset of puberty catching up in height, not continued growth from normal males.
OP if you hit puberty at a normal age ~12 or so you're done growing by 18 or 19. If you were a little late maybe you have an extra year or two.

I have a friend who was about 5'11 in 2013, he was 17 or 18. When I caught up with him again a year later he was 6'4. It was absolutely fucked and I don't like being around him anymore. It probably won't happen but it's not impossible.

I ended up being about 3 inches taller than my dad.
I was 5'9" at 16. Ten years later, still 5'9"
I didn't stop growing until I was 23. It was only half an inch getting me to 6'1, but height is height.

See a doctor, get an X-ray. If your growth plates are fused you can't grow taller. If they aren't fused, get HGH injections (you'll have to give them to yourself over time) and you might grow another inch.
