incline smith machine bench press 6x12 (pick a weight you can do for ~20 on the first set and have 60sec rest periods, don't change weight)

Pec deck 3x12 (sometimes)

I don't do incline DB bench cause I think it fucks up my rotator cuff. I don't know what the issue is but since I stopped doing them my shoulder joints have felt a lot better
