how fast can you put an inch to your arms natty?
I've been lifting for about 8 months now, my arms have grown about 1.5inche from 11.5" to 13". It feels like it's taking for them to grow. I do pull/push twice a week so I'm training both bicep and triceps twice a week each. They seem to be taking forever to grow compared to other parts of my body. How can I get them to grow faster?

Anyone have any experience with Hernias? Getting surgery for an inguinal hernia at the end of the month. fucking sucks because i know i wont be able to work out, and even when i do, i wont be able to go nearly as heavy as i want.
any advice or previous experiences is much appreciated

When I flex my core I notice a lump in that exact region. But there is no discomfort whatsoever and I can still lift heavy

pretty sure you dont have one or you dont lift heavy. pick one.
i do have one, surgery is scheduled. whenever i lifted heavy i had to stop because the pain was overwhelming. when i went to see a doctor he gently pushed into that region and i almost cried because of the pain.
