Then I woke up in my cold room remembering it was all a dream. Was pretty sad that it didn't actually happen. Went to the gym to lift my feels away, had a pretty good workout, increased in squats and deadlifts. Dream made me question some things and see it in a different perspective, on my way out of gym while still pumped up decided to call girl in question and ask her on a date. She said yes.

I figure it doesn't matter anymore, if I fuck up I'm still in the same position as I've always been.

It used to be as many pull-ups as I could, but those are enough now that I can put them into sets.

I'd say it'd be safe to add 5 pounds every 2 weeks if you're absolutely destroying your biceps twice a week. If it's lighter work, three times a week. If it's just the chin-ups, 4 times.
