Absolutely. But unless it's noob gain, you need to have everything in check (flawless nutrition, 10+ hours a week at the gym, plenty of sleep, some cardio and a good routine)

Am lean. Thinkin I hit my natty limit at this weight, so only option is to bulk. But I don't want to lose my definition, so I am deciding on becoming /fraud/

Played sports my whole life, always a thin kid. Wrestled last 2 years and thats when I started weight lifting and got cut but no real weight gains. Will get pics just gimme sec.

the best advice I can give you if you're "stuck", change your workout. Do different lifts and machines you've never done before

Pretty much impossible to gain "pure" muscle (w/o roids), and even if you are, you are leaving significant muscle and strength gains on the table. Gaining mass as a natty means your body needs to be in an anabolic state (dietary surplus, sustained high insulin, normal testosterone) which means you are going to gain some fat too. As long as you are lifting hard and gaining at a slow and steady pace (~2-3lbs/month), the fat gain won't be significant.

Unless you're benching 315+, Squatting 405+, and deadlifing 500+ I really doubt you've hit your natty limit there son. I highly doubt you've reached those numbers after 2 years of lifting.

You're both right, natty limit is a stretch, more of a plateau. I just can't seem to add those last 20 pounds I want on me. About 157 rn, looking to go to a real easy PED that'll ad 5-6 pounds of real lean muscle. May not help much and just make me look like a cut beanpole, but im hoping it'll add some size.

I'm at 240 1rp max on bench, haven't done squat max in a while, but it would be subpar compared to my bench. I'm not all about strength gains just size, pls bless me desu. ;(
