I don't get this meme. I don't find legdays especially tough. I like the feeling of working out my legs and now way in hell I find legdays as major physical or mental challenge.

So what's this meme about? My leg gains are gr8 so it's not like wasn't doing enough. But after years of lifting, leg days is just another day. HIIT day is what takes some balls.

I believe that no DOMS no optimal results either. I'm a fucking female, I've played football for 10 years and lifted for 4 or so, and sure as hell I get DOMS if I just don't get stuck doing one specific routine alone. You gotta shock your body every now and then and try something different.

I can't see why variety and different things would be a negative thing. My own workout routine has few basics which never change, these being benchpress, deadlifts,squats, pull ups and push ups but I still have a shit ton of different things I change frequently.
