It's fone, most mozzarella cheeses have more protein than fat per serving. The dough has more protein than fat from the gluten as well. It's not a horrible bulking food.

Sure, like all fast food (even if there is a difference between a vegetarian pizza and one loaded with meat calorically) you can have it sometimes (v.gr. on a cheat meal) but that kind of food can't constitute a habit for you.

Pizza isn't the worst once in a while bulking food. The meat and cheese has plenty of protein in it. The worst part is the simple carbs in the dough and the tomato sauce, but at least it has some protein in it as opposed to stuff like candy and cake.
