I used to have a lever belt, but it was a bit on the cheap side.
Lever fell apart as I was in the bottom position of a squat, so all I'd have to chime in with on that topic is to not cheap out on your equipment, in case someone else is making/are about to make the same mistake.
Now I'm with a 2-prong belt, and I like it well enough, but I don't know if a single-prong would be better.

Well, mine didn't really "break", but the pin that let the lever rotate (It's been a while since I had it, otherwise I'd draw it up for you) fell out. Putting it back in was just a matter of putting it in the hole and giving it a good knock. I really doubt the more "proper" lever belts are made with such a shoddy construction.

Hey guys, I'm a recovering fatass that's into the idea of powerbuilding. I want to be strong as hell, and honestly the aesthetic of powerlifters appeals more to me than most bodybuilding standards.

Anyways, I've dropped over 80lbs in about a year while lifting for a couple months. My bench is pathetic. Like, below untrained pathetic. I'm growing strength very, very slowly but my squat and deadlift is consistently increasing. Bench is completely stalled.

I've tried adjusting form, watching videos, reading info. I feel like my form is correct. Is this normal? I'm currently 175lbs from original 260, eating about 1700cals with under 100 carbs, and I try to get close to 100g protein but normally hit around 70-80.

I sleep irregularly but the overall time slept is probably average to above average.

They have been shown to help lose more fat with a calorie deficit. Try 1250mg of dnp every day if you feel brave. I don't think raw powerlifters should ever be above 18% body fat unless they are super heavy weights.
