i had dickhead friends in highschool that gave me shit for being ugly all the time. so i got a fucking complex from it but as i've gone through my twenties i've gotten plenty of compliments on being handsome, even from dudes.
My step-aunt heavily implied it the first time she saw me post-puberty. She always used to fangirl me when I was a kid. Most disappointed looking face and "oh" I ever heard in my life.
One with my best friend at the time that could possibly count: Guy said in a very serious voice how it's no wonder how I don't have a gf since I'm not that good looking.
