I hit a plateau there for some reason considering my first three months but I got over the hump. July to September saw most of the weight come off.

It's slow rolling but I'm sticking to my diet and lifting. Doing SL, eating proper. I could cut my calories more but they're low as is. I do about 1400 a day on average.

Exactly, the amount of times I have seen "no cardio" here, I just don't understand. This is suppose to be a fitness board. Just look at all the super ripped tripfags everyone talks about... Tinytrip = back to being fat. Zyzz = dead. They don't really give a shit about fitness and they paid the price. I'm about 20 lbs. heavier fully-hydrated and I've spent the last 5.5 months with a Planet Fitness membership lifting 6 days a week on a PPL routine. I'm actually same height as that guy 183 and just a tiny bit heavier, so I think if I want real good abs I'mma have to lift at this point. I can kinda see my obliques, and I even get this vein on the side and my lower ab, yet my gut still sticks out. it's weird. I do have really good calves though. Don't worry about getting ultra skinny, from there you've got a blank canvas to lean bulk. You'll be able to see every lb of muscle added and easily cut off any extra fat. It's godlike to be ultra lean then bulk at 100 cal over maintenance.

But then it showed up on my legs. Now that I'm down 155 it's on my butt too, along with my neck, arms, chest, everywhere basically.

I've lost a ton of weight but I seem to have hit a plateau. I literally cannot lose any more weight for some reason.
I'm 70kg / 180cm, and I'm basically starving myself. I'm having two meals a day, and my average meal is either some chicken breast with green veggies or one egg and 250g of beans plus an apple sometimes. That's it. No carbs, no sweets, nothing.
I also drink a lot of coffee during the day.

Yeah but not shirtless. I looked bad, without muscle and with fat. That's what you get by starvating yourself and doing a lot of exercise (not lifting). My face looked good though, but my family was worried about me. Now I'm at 69 kg but I look better. Also started lifting and eating well (counting kcal and macros) so I don't end like that again. It was my fault because I was overweight (87 kg, but almost all fat) and didn't wanted to stop losing weight. Don't make this mistake, just follow the sticky.

Focused a lot on stairmaster and weight loss specifically from the start. After my cardio I would focus mainly on bodyweight exercies. Chin ups (narrow and wide grip), push ups and shoulder extensions. I would try and mix it up hitting the major muscle groups.

As I continued to lean down the exercises became easier as my stamina increased.

I now do 40 minutes on stairmaster completely upright. I also try and do burst of high speed followed by medium. This contributed a lot to my core without really doing any sit ups.

I used intermittent fasting to shed the weight. I would have two days of moderate food consumption (1500-1800 calories) and on the third day I would cut back to (800 calories). It was super effective and I was able to continue to eat what I wanted as long as I was tracking my calories in general.

I have shitty facial aesthetics and I used to be a fat cunt until summer before last when I went through a shitty ass breakup up. I latched on to lifting and lost 50 pounds, dropping from 260 to 210.

Then I got a new girlfriend, stopped lifting, and went all the way back up to where I am now ~235. I am disgusted with myself and want to fix myself, but without the vindictive hatred of a breakup, I don't have the emotional fuel to push myself to be better.

I'm too comfortable.

Renewed my membership 2 weeks ago, but I've just been going with a friend and doing shit that doesn't feel like it's helping... I'm afraid it's too late for me.
