Gained about 15lbs since September with the help of Creatine and MK-677. Expect about 5lbs to disappear due to water retention. All lifts up around 60lbs, would recommend for new-ish lifters.

Thats so crazy! I walked like 6.65 miles, about 14400 steps, and only burnt 520 calories.

Also I am afraid to bulk because I might get fat.

Atm tho I am dieting, so at a 500 calorie deficit i can only 1200, which feels like too little food.

I don't really keep track of a number, but a decent amount. Today:
2 greek yogurts
1 loaf (maybe 10" long) of garlic bread with cheese melted on top
1 ham steak, about half a pound
3 bananas smeared with peanut butter
~1lb of peppers stuffed w/ cream cheese, wrapped in bacon
A box of mac n cheese mixed with ~1lb of sausage
A scoop of whey
About half a loaf of banana bread
Veggies, but there is really no calories in them, not worth listing

Now that I'm looking at it, I ate a fuckload of cheese today. Pooping may be unpleasant tomorrow.

Start keeping track. I'm assuming you want to lose weight given your stats but you are most likely eating too much. Calorie counting is your friend. Make it habit for at least long enough to develop a good sense of portion sizes.

Cutting still, really wanna start bulking but I'm terrified of losing my abs/ aesthetics. Scared I'll muck it up and eat too much, all the TDEE calculators give different numbers and I really don't think my TDEE is between 2700 and 3000... I don't know what to do, pls halp.

They won't disappear, just go into hiding until next cut. You can't bulk and still show proper abs. You need low bf% to show off abs.
