Honest truth. Join a sport. Soccer, wrestling, mma, swimming, hell even tennis as long as it's consistant and at least a couple times a week. Also sort out your diet while you're at it (it'll be easier now then to adjust while your lifting) In about a year come back and ask again. A foundation of minimal athleticism is a humongous boon before you start lifting. You'll progress way faster.

We have whole threads complaining about New Years resolution lifters. Going from zero to built like a tank takes more than a rocky montage, it requires major lifestyle changes. Jumping into the deep end ends in disappointment and failure more often than not and for someone who won't even take the time to read the sticky I'm not convinced they are going to be an exception.

I assume you're on hormones? Test? After your noob gains become noticeable re check in with your doc and reevaluate your hormone doses. If your doc sees you're serious about bulking up and not just bullshitting he might prescribe a hormone/steroid regime better suited to packing muscle.

Get .82g of protein per lb of lbm, and eat at a caloric surplus of 250-500 calories.
Calculate your TDEE using a calculator off Google (probably Scooby's workshop) then eat 250-500 above that. Aim for a gain of a half lb a week or 2 lbs a month. If you're not gaining you need to eat more

I'm not too sure if this is bait but i'll give my 2 cents.

Lifting:

I find this is a good starting program even though the person behind it isn't so great. https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/jason-blaha-ice-cream-fitness-5x5-novice-workout

Follow it and stick to it and try your best if you can. Youtube the form for some of the exercises.

Nutrition:

This is really important you should download or use an app called MyFitnessPal. It's a really good calorie diary. Weigh your food and be very accurate the built in calculator is good for giving you an idea of body metrics to nutrition ratios.

My bro science opinion: I came from the fat side of the force, I'm not a 100% sure if this will work for you but I would try it the program is working for me so far. Good luck and do more research.

No. Just start with SS, as long as you're on test, you'll gain just like any man here. Go on youtube and see the ftm transformation vids. They'll tell you the same, and you can see their progress.
