Nah when i started i started to bulk and ate way more than i used to, i literally felt sick sometimes because i ate so much, i kept this diet for good 8-9 months and then i got bit sick of it, now i dont eat so much anymore. First one month i went to gym and did beginner program so my body could get used to 3 times a week, then i did 2 part program for 4 times a week for 5 months then i started new program and still doing it, if you wanna know my programs i can write them.
