Bro with shoulder problems here, upright rows and front raises are quite hard on the shoulder.

Facepulls are great for my shoulder, and I can do OHP better now than before, but adding weight is impossible. Did 20kg DB OHP 1x6 last week, did 18kg 1x6 yesterday, with a 40kg DB rows 3x6 right after.
My shoulders are so fucking weak

Since everybody pointed out the obvious already, I'm gonna just mention one more thing that might help: Better your posture.

Forward rolled shoulders DESTROYS this separation, the separation between the chest and shoulders aswell as the overall look of your chest.

I think manlets like that are fucking cut just because of their lack of muscle length. I gained 10kgs of muscle and I'm at 10-12% bf, and I just look like I lift now, but nothing out of the ordinary. Had I been 6-7 inches shorter, I'm sure it would made a bigger difference.

The ROM of raises are the main thing. I think this definition problems is all about mass problems not working with proper ROM and mind controlling all muscle from start to the end which gives you imbalance points. And mostly this shit hits you because of shitty muscle genetics most people have.

At the top of your bicep curl, pause, then push your elbow out front and bring the weight to chin level.

It should be done as part of a natural curving motion.

Make sure you're only moving the elbow at the top of the curl though, because otherwise you're just doing a cheat rep.
