I've been out the dating game for a while. I was watching this program called First Dates in the UK and I noticed over and over again these guys insisting on paying for the meal. And at first I was like "holy shit why has that changed?" because whenever I went out it was always Dutch.

Sit on something with feet dangling. Push one foot downwards for 5 seconds, push feet together for 5 seconds rinse and repeat 6 times then switch sides of the foot being pushed down. I saw George Seeger at a cornershop in Camden yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for memes or anything.
He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the cans and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any IPF regulatory infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each can and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

I am 6'4 and weigh 115kg ATM - people say I look huge, arms, legs, bla all massive.

But it's fucking fat, I do have mass but it's surrounded by fat which makes it look big if you don't look properly.

I can impossibly gain any more weight unless my legs gain 5kg more of muscle mass which I doubt.

yea, take fish oil. 2-3g of the 2 essential fatty acids (can't remember their names) a day, which is normally about 8 tabs of standard fish oil (or like 1-2 tablespoons of actual fish oil which would be cheaper). this has good anti inflammatory properties which seemed to solve it for me

Does anyone here do good mornings off the safety arms/pins?

I pause on them for a second and then go up.
I got a home gym and I dont have the safety arms. Whenever I do good mornings, its weird as fuck. \
